SALES CONDITIONS
All general sales and invoicing conditions are applicable and can be obtained on simple request. The buyer agrees to read them prior to placing any order. All prices include sales tax, shipping and import duties.
1. SHIPMENTS
All shipments are arranged with an express cargo transport company. Notification by us will take place when the orders leave the factory.
2. DELIVERY TERMS
Any communication about the delivery term is purely an indication and can never be a reason for any direct or indirect request for compensation.
3. DAMAGE
Any damage to our goods must be clearly and expressively indicated on the delivery note of the transport company. Without this indication, the transport company declines any responsibility or demand for refund.
4. COMPLAINTS
Any complaint about the shipped goods needs to be sent in writing within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Any reaction on a complaint which was sent after this time will not be considered.
5. PACKAGING
Each stock item is packed according to a standard quantity. Any order not respecting these quantities will be invoiced at an adapted price.
6. COMBINATION DOOR HANDLE – MAGNETIC LOCK
We offer a large choice of door handles and accessories in our product range which have been tested and approved by our quality management. The customer is free to choose his own door handles by which he accepts full responsibility for the acceptable functioning of the handle-lock combination.
7. RETURNING GOODS
After our written agreement, returning goods must follow this procedure and conditions:
All returned goods must be delivered in our warehouse, free from costs, taxes or transport fees.
A handling fee of 30% will be calculated on the value of the returned goods. Goods must have their original undamaged packaging. Any new necessary packaging will be invoiced at $12.00 per package.
Any damaged goods will not be credited. Returned goods will be replaced by other goods. There is no refund.
8. COMPLAINTS
Although we are doing our utmost in taking care of the quality, packaging and function of our systems, it is always possible that something goes wrong. Any recognition of a mistake will be limited to our responsibility of refunding or replacement of the goods in question. Any direct or indirect compensation for this mistake will never be accepted.
